The Interior Design 4-part process: Programming – Identify and analyze the client’s needs and goals. Gather existing documents and review conditions. Assess project resources and limitations. Design Development – Facilitate interviews with design professionals and assist in communicating scope of work, help develop budget and scheduling parameters, review and compare design concepts. Contract Documents – Collect and review bids, participate in negotiations and communicating your expectations, assist client in awarding contracts. Project Administration – Conduct on-site visits and provide clarification or conflict resolution as needed, conduct a post-completion review.
